‘Defining the business foundation layers for success'

mgmtmap™ is a method to store business information in a powerful way to improve collaboration and inspire greater team productivity. This secure business information portal can also be used as your own private social network so that staff can collaborate and share project activity as well as store and share their documents in the cloud.  This can provide massive gains in efficiency by co-ordinating the huge amount of businesss information and intelligence.  The end result is this private web based portal helps inspire greater levels of productivity, motivation and team success.

Documenting many of the elements shown in the above model help bring them to life within the fluid easily accessible mgmtmap™ portal, tracking key business measures and key performance indicators. The starting point in using the mgmtmap™ web template is to define then record the key business foundation items or pillars. Then using these pillars we define the key performance indicators (KPI's) that can be measured and tracked which create business success. The business knowledge, output and results of this process are then stored in a private web based portal as part of the process to share information and align staff results.
